palehorse666 Anything to do with Hotline Miami is ace in my book. This ain't no exception. Reciever reminds me of Nightcall by Kavinsky, too. Favorite track: Receiver.

Szadekvamp Great song when you´re walking down the streets of your city. Favorite track: Receiver.

Scarf_Guy I like liaison because it has a calm feel about it while still managing to help me bench press 110 Favorite track: Liaison.

Jules Floutier Good shit. Receiver would be a really good replacement for "miami" in the final game.

The hype for Midnight Animal is real. Favorite track: Receiver.

Jake It's like taking a trip to a seedy bar in the upside-down. I love the billowing synth sounds with the dredging bass. Favorite track: Receiver.

wxm an incredibly well realized demonstration of midnight animal's setting and tone that still holds its own as a standalone release. buy it, and then keep on buying it Favorite track: Receiver.

The music of Midnight Animal was originally intended for the fan-made sequel to the Hotline Miami series of video games. Having contributed to the soundtrack for Hotline Miami 2, Nounverber sought to capture the audio aesthetic of the original two games in the series by layering gritty synths over plodding, ominous beats while adding his own personal touch to the parallel universe that makes up Midnight Animal.

Technical difficulties hampered progress of the game indefinitely, prompting Nounverber to release the music as a standalone EP for the time being. Recent announcements by the developer have stated that the game is back in production.

Release now contains new remix by Brahm
